.: Fish Care :.
This
guide will cover everything you need to know to properly take care for a fish.
Taking care for fish aren't as hard as caring for cats, but it's still fun!
How to get a
Fish
To
start raising a fish, you need to get one first. However, before you can get a
fish you need to find it a bowl to live in. Make a Fish Bowl with molten glass (lvl
42 crafting). Once you have a fish bowl, fill it with water by "using"
it with water from a fountain, sink, or any other water source. You can also use
it with a pot or bucker full of water. Now you need some seaweed. You can find
seaweed off the shore of Entrana. Use it with the bowl to finish creating
a home for your fish!

Getting
a Fish
To
get a fish, head on over to Catherby and walk over to Harry's Fish Shop.
Buy a Tiny Net for a small price of 10gp. Now go over to the nearby aquarium and
use your net with it to catch a fish! Here is a small list of the possible fish
you can get:
Congratulations! You now have your very own pet fish! You can play with it, feed
it, or talk to it.
Feeding your
Fish
To
feed your fish, you need to get fish food. You can get some for free by picking
up the respawn in Draynor Manor. Once you feed your fish with it, you'll
be left with an empty box. No worries! You can just pick up the respawn again,
or make your own!

To
make fish food, you need to have an empty box. You can get one by using the one
you're left with after feeding your fish. Then you'll need a pestle and mortar,
a Guam Leaf, and seaweed. Grind the leaf and seaweed with your pestle and mortar
to crate ground Guam Leaf and seaweed. Use it with your box to make a box of
fish food!
Playing with
your Fish
Yes,
you can actually play with your fish (you can talk to it too, but let's talk
about that later). Playing with your fish will make you toss it into the air. It
will bump into the side of the tank and nothing else.
Talking to
your Fish
It
may seem weird, but you can actually talk to your fish! When you talk to
it your player will command it to swim. It will do what you say and a message
will pop up saying: The fish swims. It is clearly and obedient fish. Don't get
too excited, though. All fish are "obedient". :)
Getting Rid
of your Fish
If
you don't want your fish anymore, drop it, and the bowl will crash and shatter,
thereby killing the fish. *cries*
If
you don't feed your fish, it won't die! No matter how long it goes without food,
nothing will happen to his little self!
